Information for Oral Presenters
Presenters at all sessions are required to show up at the session 15 minutes in advance of the first paper. Each speaker will have 20 minutes for presentation and discussion. The session chair will ring the bell once 3 minutes before the end of allocated time.
It is important to stay on schedule so people moving between sessions can see the presentations they make a special effort to attend. The session rooms will be equipped with an overhead projector (OHP) and also a laptop computer with a LCD projector. Presenters are expected to load their presentations off their own CD-ROM or USB memory stick during the 15 minute period before the beginning of the session.
Information for Poster Presenters
Please mount your poster during the evening on November 2, 2005 and remove it after the poster session or at wrapup in the afternoon of November 5, 2005. All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel throughout their poster session for anticipated discussion with participants. The board of size 90cm (width) by 240cm (height) will be provided for the display of each paper. The code of each paper will be shown up on the board. You can put your poster on the board by using adhesive tape. The Organizing Committee can not be held responsible for security or disposition of posters and other materials left unattended after the respective poster session.
