Preparing for Cyprus

We have a tentative version of the Technical Program currently being posted on our website ( www.isnm2005.org ). Please check it out for accuracy in your assignments and for convenience with your travel plans – let us know if we can accommodate and special needs.
For Authors/co-Authors:
If you have not already sent us your Extended Abstract in the template format, or your Full Paper, please send it to isnm2005@ucy.ac.cy early next week, as the material for the Book of Abstracts and the Proceedings must be sent to the printer on Friday, Sept. 30, 2005.
For Session Chairs/ co-Chairs:
If you have not already done so, please confirm with us your availability to help us in this capacity.
For Round Table Chairs/co-Chairs:
If you would like to assemble a panel of 3-4 Panelists to introduce the issues in the Round Table themes, motivate discussions, answer questions and report on conclusions and suggestions, please feel free to contact the Panelists directly or discuss options with us. Please let us know of who will be on your panels so that we post their names on the Final Program.
For Plenary Speakers:
If you have not already provided and abstract, biography and picture to either Prof. Martin Culpepper at MIT (culpepper@mit.edu) or Prof. Charalabos Doumanidis at UCY (cdoumadi@ucy.ac.cy), please send this information to us so that it can be put in the Book of Abstracts and our website.
For Tutorial Instructors:
Please check your Course descriptions to be posted on our website mid next week for accuracy. You may also want to add a one-paragraph biography of yours – please send this to isnm2005@ucy.ac.cy

If you have not done so already, please consider registering to ISNM2005 by next Friday, September 30, 2005, to take advantage of the reduced early registration fees. The registration form is available on our website (www.isnm2005.org )

Please consider arranging for your travel to Cyprus early – our travel agency, SkyLab Travels Ltd (Tel: +357 22780655, Fax: +357 22780665, tsangchr@cylink.com.cy) will be delighted to help with your air tickets and local transportation in Cyprus through a shared taxi service. Please also let us know of your arrival flight, date and time at isnm2005@ucy.ac.cy
