Welcome to the 3rd International Symposium on Nanomanufacturing (ISNM 2005), to be held at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus, on November 3-5, 2005. The International Symposium on Nanomanufacturing (ISNM), initiated at MIT in the USA (Cambridge, MA, April 2003) and continued at KAIST in Asia (Daejeon, Korea, November 2004), has emerged as the main global forum to address manufacturing issues at the nanoscale.
